AI Governance Manager, The Alan Turing Institute
Arcangelo is a Research Manager at The Alan Turing Institute.
He currently leads the Institute’s AI governance programme for BridgeAI and supports the development of the AI Standards Hub.
Arcangelo also contributes as an expert to the development of European harmonized standards for the implementation of the EU AI Act within Cen-Cenelec JTC 21.
Arcangelo’s background is in Law and Public Policy. He holds MAs in Law from Bocconi University, Political Science from the College of Europe (Bruges) and Social Sciences from the University of Chicago, where he served for one year as a Fulbright scholar.
Arcangelo has also worked as a Parliamentary Assistant at the European Parliament in Brussels and as a Program Director at Macao, an independent art venue in Milan.
