Rebecca has worked in a range of risk and compliance roles in companies such as Standard Life, Aviva, Swinton and Legal & General for over 20 years.

Prior to joining AXA, Rebecca worked as a senior risk leader, supporting Boards and executive teams to identify and manage risk effectively.

Rebecca is now the AXA Commercial Risk Director with responsibility for leading the 1st line risk team, enhancing risk maturity, helping AXA to embed positive customer outcomes and strong risk disciplines in all that they do and continuing to respond to the changing regulatory landscape.

An experienced risk professional, Rebecca has a reputation for driving high standards of risk management and ethics, to enable businesses to achieve their commercial objectives in a safe and sustainable way.

She is passionate about doing the right thing for customers, communities and people. Rebecca is the executive sponsor of the AXA Commercial Inclusion & Belonging committee.
